Coaching is generally undertaken with an individual or team to help them achieve specific goals over 3- 6 sessions. However, more and more we are seeing senior staff utilise coaching as a means of maintaining their edge through reflective conversation and the input of fresh perspectives and in these instances the coaching interactions often continue over a period of 1 – 3 years or more.
Indeed, coaching is one of the core areas of competence at Strategic Leadership. Our team has well over 20,000 hours of coaching experience in public, private and not-for-profit sectors, working at all levels: specialists, team leaders, general management, CEOs and Boards of Management. Our team members have achieved coaching accreditations in multiple psychometric instruments with the most respected institutions in Australia.
We have delivered dozens of team coaching sessions for clients, delivered many “How to Coach” sessions for leaders and conducted mediation for numerous organisations.
One of our strengths is the robust coaching methodology we have developed to ensure high quality outcomes are delivered to clients. The methodology covers amongst other things the placement of coaches, the delivery of services, risk management, evaluations, quality control, issue resolution and client liaison.
Our current coaching and mediation clients include Toyota, Exxon-Mobil, Dept. of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Dept. of Defence, Monsanto, AON, Victorian Auditor General’s Office, Transurban, Culture Amp, Melbourne Water, CSL Behring, Australian Federal Police and ATO. Since 2004, Strategic Leadership Pty Ltd has been working with individuals, teams and organisations to help them achieve success in their current circumstances and in positioning for the future. We structure our business around an extensive range of consulting, training and coaching services.
The team at Strategic Leadership comprises highly experienced and well-credentialed facilitators, coaches and consultants. Our qualifications include psychology, medicine and business and all of our team are accredited in numerous psychometric instruments. We have worked in large and small organisations in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, and with all levels of staff: executives, boards of management, general management, team leaders and general staff members. We have also led or supported consulting, training and coaching initiatives on behalf of Australia’s premier business schools.
As the name implies, much of our work is centred on leadership and the range of disciplines linked to effective leadership.
