Examples of Our Public Sector Work
Recently, we have designed and delivered a range of leadership programs, team development programs, coaching assignments and resilience and customer sales programs for City of Port Phillip. We have also conducted Learning Circle sessions for executives at Australian Federal Police (AFP), senior leadership workshops at Ambulance Victoria, team and coaching programs for Queensland Health and multiple coaching assignments at Defence.
As an example of our ability to build extensive and enduring leadership solutions, our two most senior consultants designed and developed the suite of leadership programs for Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) in 2005 and these programs are still being deployed. Well over 2000 staff (including APS5-6, EL1-2 and military equivalents) have now undertaken these programs and a range of additional services have been provided including team development, change management, development centres, high potentials, coaching and mentoring, capability framework development, SES briefings and ROI reviews.
